German 1930s forestry hunting dagger for an Oberförster. Nice horn grip with three gilt oaks to both sides. Brass handle and fittings to the scabbard. Matching patina allover. Leather finished scabbard. Fantastic blade with etches hunting scenes to both sides. The smith marking is etched to the back: KAST & UTHHOFF, DRESDEN.
The leather hanger seems to show the original prices stamped to the back.
