Third Reich period time sport competition plaque given by the Ortsgruppe Darmstadt. A stunning example made from white plastic and wood. The front shows a large NSRL emblem with swastika. It is made from plastic. The reverse is engraved: ERSTE GROßDEUTSCHE SCHWIMM-MEISTERSCHAFT DARMSTADT“. The swimming competition took part in Darmstadt in July 1938.
The light weight plaque comes in the matching case of issue in great condition. Red inlay. Silk liner which comes the NSRL embleme and ORTSGRUPPE Darmstadt. A custom made case ordered by Ortsgruppe Darmstadt together with this plaque to give to the participates.
