Grouping of Erwin K. serving on Kriegsmarine Z33 which contains late war photographs of the veteran taken about 10 years ago. One shows his photo album which is part of this offer.
The album contains his original insignia as well as roughly 270 photographs. There are a few postwar replicas exchanged during veterans meetings but the majority is original WW2 period time. There are very late February, April, May 1945 photos which are very rare!
There are postwar cloth badges as well as his original well worn cap tally. His 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class with original ribbon. The Destroyer Badge is only a postwar wall decoration. The original one is missing.
His original award documents of the 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class (April 1945!) and Destroyer War Badge in still there. Both are welded in plastic however you should be able to cut them out without damaging them. Both come with an original ink signature of Vizeadmiral Leo Kreisch.
Two portrait photos as well his Soldbuch and Kennkarte. Both with removed cover swastika, otherwise in good condition. Soldbuch February 1943 issued with original applied photo. Many entries including both awards. POW document.
Furthermore, there are a lot of postwar documents and pictures on his unit, ship and comrades. A great lot providing a lot of room for additional research!
