SS provisional identity-card ('Vorläufiger SS-Ausweis') as was issued to: 'Werner Kiesendorfer'. The single-paged- and light-green-coloured card is nicely filled-in (by means of a type-writer) and shows a (civil) portrait-photo of Kiesendorfer. The card states that Kiesendorfer was a member (ie. 'Anwärter') within the: 'SS-Standarte 12/37'. The card was issued on 18 November 1941 and is properly ink-stamped as to be expected. It shows both the signatures of an unidentified 'SS-Hauptsturmführer' (and dito 'SS-Sturmführer'). The card shows some (colourful) 'glued-on' stamps (of which the latest one shows a date: '1945'). The card only shows moderate age and/or wear and is not damaged nor 'denazified'.
