Third Reich police sword for Führer. The black handle comes with metal SS runes added privately. We cant say if that happened period time. This sword was certainly "touched" in some way.
Both screws of the scabbard look unopened to me. The scabbard comes without dents. It could have been repaired decades ago or even period time however it is very hard to judge. The scabbard holds the blade tightly. The blade looks cleaned. There are some minor rust pits. The maker is ALCOSO. The mark is hard to see but it is there.
All metal parts are showing the same patina.
An original but certainly restored sword in some way. Condition 2-3.
