Heer M40 field tunic to an Unteroffizier. Brown cotton liner with size stamps and maker marked. This tunic was tailored by KLEIDERFABRIK MARKT-SCHWABEN. M40 stamped.
M40 tunics are issued with a grey collar. This was received a dark green collar (M36 style) period time! Soldiers very often went for the dark green collar because it simply looked better. The collar tabs had to be re-attached after adding the green cloth. That all happened period time of course!
