Very early Heer visor cap for a Pionier officer. A cap which must have been made in 1935, the year the Wehrmacht was found. It still comes with the band in grey/green Reichswehr color. Hand-stiched officer's wrath wit correct early Wehrmacht cockade (metal). Metal cap eagle. The cap never had a embroidered one attached.
Black piping. Matching officer's chin strap. Silk lining with intact celluloid diamond. DRECHSLER MÜNCHEN maker marked. Sweat-band with signs of use.
