Waffen-SS, 'BeVo'-woven (and clearly worn and/or cap-removed-) EM/NCO-pattern cap-device (ie. 'Mützentrapez') as was intended for usage on the various M43 field-caps ('Feldmützen') by the various Waffen-SS staff throughout the war. 

The cap-device - which is executed in silverish-grey-coloured linnen on a field-grey-coloured background - comes in a clearly worn and once cap-attached condition: it does show some minimal wear, age and/or staining (and still shows some stitching-remains of having been once cap-attached).
