A grouping of three one-place ribbon bars for the 1938 Armed Forces Long Service Award 4th Class for 4-years of service. Two of the ribbon bars have Luftwaffe eagles indicating service in the Luftwaffe and one has a national eagle indicating service in the Heer or Kreigsmarine.
