Awards: East Medal, 1939 War Merit Cross 2nd Class with swords, 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, Infantry Assault Badge in silver, Iron Cross 1st Class and Close Combat Clasp in bronze (on 1.9.1944). Killed in action on 30.7.1944. The exact location is registered on page 26 but very hard to read. Including a long campaign list from 29.11.1939 to 30.7.1944
