1943 dated painting of a German Hauptmann der Schutzpolizei policeman awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class as well as other awards. He must haver been involved in active combat in the field.
It shows him in police uniform with sleeve eagle, SA-Badge and his ribbon bar.
