Third Reich police officer's shako. The shako comes with its original hand-embroidered officer's cockade but a replaced front eagle. The original officer's eagle must have been missing. The eagle now attached (fixed with one nut) is absolutely original but it is an EM/NCO type.
The officer's chin strap is damaged.
Size 56 marked. Private silk lining. Felt finish and black lacquered areas in good condition.
