A French "DEBAUGE DELIGNY" M1837 navy officer's sabre.
The sabre comes with a nice decorated basket hilt. Made from brass. Black celluloid grip. No chipping. Slight stains to the blade. Maker marked. Including the matching cloth bag (damaged) and portepee.
Black leather finished scabbard with gilded brass fittings. The upper fitting shows an anchor.
Length: 90 cm.
Slight signs of use. Good condition 2.
