A stunning M43 tropical field tunic for an Afrikakorps veteran serving as a Feldwebel of a transport unit. The tunic comes pretty sun bleached and certainly has seen some years of service. You can clearly see where he had worn his belt for example. Most insignia are period time attached.
Machine-attached embroidered tropical Heer breast eagle (unknown, late type). Postwar attached. Early pattern. Machine-attached tropical collar tabs. EM/NCO pattern. Attached with the same thread which was used for the tropical NCO tress around the collar. Slip-on shoulder boards with light blue piping. Feldwebel rank. Very nice condition.
All buttons with original factory color and attached with the original rings. Machine-woven AFRIKAKORPS cufftitle period time attached by hand.
