"Been there" and very well worn Heer field tunic for a Hauptmann serving with Artillerie-Regiment 273. The tunic is a privately purchased example by W.Müller & Co There is a tailor's label attached to the silk lining. Furthermore, there is a name to to the inside pocket, however, the name must either left blank or is washed out.

Shoulder boards and collar tabs look to be period time attached even if the tabs are just attached with a few stitches and slightly loose. The insignia are as sun bleached as the rest of the tunic. The breast eagle looks to be matching as well but a shadow next to the eagle indicates it was re-attached.

All buttons complete but not all look originally attached.

Period time attached award loops for three awards as well as one ribbon bar. Clear signs of wear. Most probably re-attached East Medal ribbon.

Medium size. Condition 3. Moth damaged and sun bleached.
