Fine Heer Honor Roll Clasp in case of issue. Tombak. Gilt. All four prongs in place. One tiny hole in the wreath on the right side. Most likely caused during the attaching of the prongs. The hole has the same measurement as a prong.
Including the very rare case of issue. Maker marked to the inlay. The inlay is slightly damaged, however, the rest of the case is in good condition 2+. It opens and closes correctly.
