A perfectly fine M36 sidecap with light blue "soutache" piping as issued to Transport soldiers. The sidecap is absolutely untouched and comes with originally applied machine-woven insignia. Both are applied by hand. The piping is attached by machine as it should be. 
Cotton lining. Markings may have washed out. Aluminum grommets. The top of the cap was sewn together to provide a more smarter look. That did happen a lot.

Good condition 2. A clearly worn untouched cap with a lot of patina.
