SS officer candidate "Führeranwärter" sword made by P.D. Lüneschloss, Solingen. In fact, it was manufactured as a police sword and was later converteed into an SS by adjusting the handle.
The blade is in good condition 2. Minor rust stains to the top. "P.D. Lüneschloss" maker marked. Black wooden grip with intact wire wrapping. Two chips. Nickel plated hilt fittings (magnetic). "SS" marked to the bottom of the crossguard. Original SS sword knot. Unfortunately, the SS runes were removed on both sides.
Original black factory patined scabbard. No dents. Also "SS" stamped to the throat. Nickel-plated metal fittings.
