A very early DLV (Deutscher Luftsportverband) visor cap. Dark patina to the enameled cap emblem. The chin strap clearly left some marks to the lower red circle which is quite nice. Early tombak cockade. Matching chin strap. Red water-resistant lining with a size "54" marking. "G.A.R." maker marked to the intact celluloid diamond. Nicely worn sweat-band. Grey cap band.
A nicely worn other ranks cap in good condition 2. Not easy to find.
