Extremely rare ammunition pouch for the "Maschinenkarabiner 42" (MKB 42), precursor of the later Sturmgewehr 44.
Typical linen construction with brown leather applications. The small side pocket was cut. PRYM 6 marked button. "MK 42" stamped to the left belt loop. "Jwa 43" maker marked and dated as well as "WaA" marked to the right belt loop.
