Rare late war certificate to Infantry Assault Badge in silver. Issued on 27.11.1944 to Oberjäger Wilhelm Flentje serving with 8./Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 6. Originally signed by Oberst Fritz Henke. Probably awarded for his action in the Battle of Hürtgen Forest. Sun-bleached and certainly displayed in a frame once. Pasted on a paper which will not be removable.
