British WWI National War Savings Committee Badge on buttonhole attachment.

Enamelled. The center shows a swastika. Lettering around the rim "NATIONAL WAR SAVINGS COMMITTEE FOR SERVICE". "THOMAS FATTORINI BIRMINGHAM Ltd." maker marked to the reverse and "REG. 638232" numbered.

Chipping. A worn badge!

Please note it is definitely not a Third Reich badge.
