Extremely rare M37 field tunic only issued to SS-Verfügungstruppe units like that. You can cleary see the shadow of an SS sleeve eagle, collar tabs and an SS cuff title which were removed.

The silver-back cord around the collar is still in place and originally attached. This soldier added some press buttons just above the top front side button to guarantee an optimal and accurate look of this tunic in wear.

Collar tabs, sleeve eagle and cuff title were once attached by machine. Original threads are still there. There is a repaired rip to the left sleeve caused by ripping the cuff title off. 

A horizontal fastening cord was privately added by the owner period time to the inside. The lining is from fine linen. There is a "48" size marking and a "E. Höhndorf Uniformfabrik" maker's mark next to a "1".

Overall untouched and very "salty" tunic who must have been worn by an NCO rank SS-VT and later Waffen-SS soldier.

Medium size. Some moth damage. Sun bleached. Condition 2-3.
