A mid-20th Century Finnish officer's sword model 22.
The sword comes with a nice clean blade in mint condition. "Hörster Solingen" maker marked. Gilt brass hilt fittings. The guard shows the Finish lion (emblem). Black celluloid grip with intact wire wrapping. No chipping. Original officer's portepee. Black factory patined scabbard. A screw is missing. No dents. Length: 98 cm.
Including the matching parade brocade belt and buckle.
Nice gilt brass buckle showing the Finish lion (emblem) to the front. The brocade belt comes with four rows of interwoven blue stripes (lines). No corrosion. Grey cloth backing. No moth damaged. Originally attached leather tongue. "105" length stamped. Both keeper in place. Length: 105 cm.
