Vizeadmiral Hellmuth Heye (1895-1970) was the commanding admiral of the "Kleinkampfverbände der Kriegsmarine", known as "Kleinkampfmittel" or "K.-Verbände". He got the command on 20. April 1944. A very rare autography!

A few shots where he wears the Minesweeper War Badge. Including an excellent portrait photo of him with his brother. His brother is wearing a Luftwaffe tropical tunic with the blue "AFRIKA" cuff title.
