Extremely rare Waffen-SS visor cap for a General. 

Grey silk lining with an intact celluloid diamond. Size "57" paper tag. Sweat-band with signs of wear. Minor damage.
Chin strap buttons attached with prongs.

Typical black velvet cap band. Zinc skull and cap eagle (not 100% matching) Slightly corroded skull. Some corrosion to the chin strap.

Silver piping in nice condition. No moth damage.

Please note that the sweat-band was professionally re-attached in modern times.
