A very interesting M36 EM/NCO sidecap. It comes with an unknown period time added green-yellow soutache attached. The soutache is well worn and comes slightly torn. The machine-woven dark green cap insignia are both period time attached by hand.
The lining is from cotton. The markings are very hard to read but the year should be 1939. The size of the cap was slightly extended when you look at the reverse. A small piece of cloth and lining was added to enlarge it.
