Important KL Dachau & Floßenbürg grouping

Beschreibung
Rare document grouping to the KZ Dachau and KZ Floßenbürg inmate Kajetan Krätschmer. Krätschmer was an Austrian living in Vienna.

Part of the grouping are few private postcards part of the grouping sent from Vienna in Summer 1938. Shortly after, all letters were sent from Concentration Camp Dachau and Floßenbürg. That means he must have been jailed shortly after the annexation of Austria.

Part of the grouping are:
- 9 postcards sent from Konzentrationslager Dachau
- 3 four-page letters sent from Konzentrationslager Floßenbürg (late 1939, early 1940)
- 23 four-page letters sent from Konzentrationslager Dachau
- 1 KZ Floßenbürg document with special instruction about sending post during Christmas 1939. Issued by the KZ commander SS-Sturmbannführer Künstler.
- 4 private postcards sent from Krätschmer still living in Vienna
- 1 postwar 1936 English letter adressed to Krätschmer (also censored)
- 8 other letters from a different person

In total 35 original KZ letters sent from 1938 until 1940. Three letters have bits missing. Something has been cut out. It might have been censored. Almost all letters have POSTZENSURSTELLE KL DACHAU censor stamp on them. All other letters are in very good condition.

It is nearly impossible to get hold of anything KZ related. The letters will provide a lot of room for additional research.
