Scarce Wehrmacht Heer "Nebeltruppe" parade tunic. Issued to Kanonier Bremer in June 1937. Promoted up to an Leutnant later on.
Rare "bordeauxrot" piping. Machine-attached collar tabs. Hand-attached officer´s breast eagle. 1937 dated name to Kanonier Bremer. Tailored by Ladewik, Bremen.
All insignia and the overall piping is clearly "bordeauxrot"! There is a slight difference in color if you look at the piping and compare with the tabs and boards. When Kanonier Bremer became an officer´s candidate in 1937/38 and maybe a Leutnant in late 1938 or 1939, he would have gone to the tailor to ask for new officer´s insignia. Of course color never 100% matches especially when this tailor ordered new stock 2 years later. This explains the slight difference. We are definitely looking at proper Nebeltruppe insignia here.
