A German M34 fire brigade helmet which was used in Austria after 1938. A classic black helmet with two original attached decals. Complete with the original liner and chin strap. Size 54 stamped. The eagle decal was period time overpainted with an Austrian red-white-red decal. That must have been done by a patriotic Austria fireman. It was certainly done period time. The swastika decal is untouched.
A rare and probably unique helmet like this! Condition 2-.
