A very early and special M34 Reichswehr/Wehrmacht EM/NCO sidecap. A textbook example.
Cotton liner. Size "60" stamped as well as "Max Wenger Mützen-Fabrik" maker marked. Three brass grommets. Two for ventilation purpose, one for attaching the cockade with a ring. Original attached white soutache piping. Two front buttons with full color.
Moth damage. A very rare cap!
