A rare MG34/42 ammunition carrier bag in blue canvas material. The carrier is a factory constructed example from a durable blue canvas commonly seen on other field equipment at the time. What looks like staining is from the manufacturer of the blue canvas material. Heavy stitching and reinforcement present. Two top section securing straps are present. Ink stamped with maker and Waffenamt but faintly visible. The side panel retains two D-loops for attachment. All stitching remains in place and tightly secured. A really rare and desirable variation for any weapons or combat equipment collector.
