Fine aluminum Luftwaffe sword manufactured by PUMA, Solingen. It looks unworn however it was not stored correctly over the decades. While the handle and the aluminum parts are in excellent condition, the leather of the scabbard is a little dry.
Original gilding to all four swastikas. Fine leather finished handle with minor signs of use. Full leather to the scabbard. Signs of age. Aluminum fittings. Matching patina. Screws of the scabbard fittings look unopened.
PUMA, Solingen maker marked blade. Dark patina to the blade.
