A nice Spanish Order of Isabella the Catholic, Grand Cross set in case.
Fine Grand Cross Breast Star. Type II. From 1847-1868. Fine gilded and enamelled. No chipping. Vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs. Multi-piece construction. The small cross to the top of the crown is broken. Nicely worn.
Size: 84.10x84.27 mm. Weight: 68.6 gr.
Grand Cross with matching sash. Type I. From 1815-1847 and 1875-1931. Made from real gold. Also excellent enamelled. No chipping.
Size cross: 45.55x59.37 mm (without ring). Weight: 22.9 gr.
Size sash: 80x10 cm.
Original dark red case of issue. "CEJALVO Y GARCIA, MADRID" maker marked. Black velvet inlay and white lining. The inlay is loose. A crack between bottom and the top of the case. Gilded coat of arms to the top of the case. The case does not correctly close. Signs of use.
Size: 27.5x13.5x6.5 cm.
