Waffen-SS 'BeVo'-woven (and presumably worn and/or tunic-removed-) EM/NCO-pattern cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') as was intended for usage by the staff of the: '1. SS-Panzer-Division "Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler".
The cuff-title comes in a full-length condition and measures approximately 48 cms. in length.
The piece shows two (off-factory sewn-) ends and was clearly worn and/or presumably once tunic-attached: it does show some minimal wear, age and/or staining. (One of the ends shows a minimally damaged area).
