Early SA Service Dagger with removed "Röhm" dedication.
Nickel-plated steel blade showing the etched motto "Alles für Deutschland" on the front side. The so-called "Röhm" dedication on the reverse has been removed. Röhm's dedications had to be removed from all daggers after the Röhm Putch in 1934. The maker's mark of Ernst Pack is still slightly visible. Light stains on both sides.
Brown wooden handle with inserted SA roundel and national eagle (nickel). No damage. Slight stains on both sides, but no chipping. Early nickel fittings. Stamped "Nm" (Nordmark) on the reverse of the lower crossguard as well as engraved "14/81" ("Sturmnummer").
Brown re-painted steel scabbard with nickel fittings. The upper fitting also shows the engraved "Sturmnummer - 14/81". All four screws are in place and unopened. Small dents on the lower fitting. Comes with the original leather hanger. The snap clip and one leather loop are damaged.
