The front of the blade shows the etched motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue". On the back is the maker's mark of Böker Solingen. Please note: Böker was the only manufacturer of SS Chained Service Daggers that marked the blade. Stained on both sides. Condition 3.
Fine black wooden handle with inserted enamel SS roundel and eagle. It has a stress crack on the front but no chips. Nickel-plated zinc crossguards. Original black factory-painted steel scabbard with nickel-plated fittings (magnetic). No dents. All six screws are in position.
Original steel dagger chain showing SS runes and skulls. "SS" stamped to the revere. The snap-clip "Germanic knot" is damaged (missing spring inside).
