Typical wire-wrapped handle. The pommel has both nails in place and displays the HJ diamond on the top. Zinc non-magnetic silver-plated cross guard.
Very clean nickel-plated blade with the etched motto "Blut und Ehre!" on the front and the maker RZM marking M7/36 for Hörster etched on the back.
No damage to the tip. Leather buffer pad still around the blade.
Clean scabbard finished with the original black leather, and the back screw still present.
The dagger is complete with original leather hangers featuring metal fittings, fully working snap clips, and shows some small wear on the leather. The backs of the snap clips are RZM and DRGM marked.
