The dagger has a nice clean blade, etched on both sides. It shows naval motifs and ornaments. "WKC" maker marked.
White handle with intact wire wrapping. No chipping or cracks. Original gold-plated brass handle fittings and "lightning" scabbard. Both screws are in place and it has no dents. Includes the officer's portepee and dagger hangers (aluminum fittings). Various traces of wear on the straps and one was repaired. A slightly mismatching set of hangers. Fully working snap clips.
