Wehrmacht Kriegsmarine, EM/NCO-pattern side-cap (ie. 'Schiffchen') as was intended for the various naval-staff.
The piece is executed in (typical) darker-bluish-coloured wool and shows a black-coloured lining (that shows some fading). The side-cap shows a stamped size- and maker-designation (that has regrettably been 'faded-away' during usage and that has become impossible to read).
The cap shows a yellow-on-blue-coloured, 'standard'-pattern, 'BeVo'-woven cap-eagle and cocarde in place which are both postwar attached by hand-stitching.
The side-cap comes in an overall nice condition and shows moderate age and/or wear. It is approximately 56/57 cms. and will with certainty fit a mannequins'-head.
