A very nice "Erstklassik" quality visor cap for a Luftwaffe officer. A rare white summer pattern sold by "Verkaufsabteilung der Luftwaffe". The cap is constructed with a removable white top. It comes with both of the original attached insignia. Wreath badge and eagle and nicely hand-embroidered. The eagle comes with the typical pin to the back so it can get taken off when owners cleaned the white top.
Fine silk lining. Slightly torn. Intact celluloid diamond. Maker marked to the inside of the sweat-band as well as a paper tag. Maker marked sweat-band. Nice condition!
