Nicely worn German Luftwaffe summer flight suite which comes with original attached rank insignia to both sleeves! It belonged to Feldwebel Engelhardt which possible served during the "Battle of Britain".
PRYM 6 marked buttons. Most zippers are fully working. Two, we have not tested since they show green rust. The zippers to the legs are "Elite" marked, the others are DRP & ZIPP as well as RiRi marked. All zippers are original to the suit. No zipper was replaced.
Original "Bekleidungsfarbrik Habett" tailors tag which is "1940" dated and size "IIa" stamped.
It is furthermore "L.B.A.(S.) 40 stamped and comes with a "Engelhardt" name tag.
A very nice slightly flight suit in great condition 2. Only a few period time repairs and minor signs of age.
Total length from bottom to the shoulders: roughly 142cm. Sleeves: roughly 50cm. Shoulders: 50cm.
The size should be right for a 1,70-1,80m mannequin.
