This is a nice Heer / Luftwaffe tan and water camouflage pattern sniper smock. A late war factory produced example. Constructed from a single sided camouflage printed strong linen material in water sump pattern. The entire smock is the same camouflage material. Bright and rich colors present all over. The smock retains its rarer to find face veil. Made from a thin printed glaze material. The smock is stamped on the interior of the right pocket with the date « F43 », the RBNr and the size « II ». It is in very good lightly worn condition with a few repairs. Overall a very choice and desirable example with really great colors.
