Family purchased tunic never available to the market before!
Very rare M36 Heer field tunic issued in 1940. It must be one the last M36 tunics were issued. It comes with an "M40" depot marking, size stamps and a maker's mark to the cotton lining. Unknown "FII" stamps.
The tunic was already issued with M40 collar tabs which come machine-attached to the green collar. Early (triangle tip) M36 shoulder boards with embroidered white "20" cyphers.
M40 EM/NCO breast eagle attached by hand. Obergefreiter sleeve rank badge attached by hand.
Four pocket buttons factory attached. Not all of the other buttons factory but still period time attached.
Hand-attached ribbons to the War Merit Cross and East Medal! Another set of ribbons was found to the inside of a breast pocket.
Only a few small moth holes. Good condition 2. Medium size.
