Excellent clean blade showing the etched motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue" and the RZM maker's mark of Gustav C. Spitzer, Solingen (RZM 7/80 & RZM 1197/38 SS).
Black handle with inlaid SS roundel and national eagle. No chipping. Nickel-plated handle fittings. Original black painted steel scabbard with nickel-plated fittings (magnetic). It has no dents. Comes with the black leather hanger and belt loop. Fully working snap clip. RZM "M5/71" maker marked.
Our consigor received this dagger directly from the family over 43 years ago and it has never been on the market.
