Beschreibung

A photo album of German Kriegsmarine showing a photo collection of several submarines in action during WW2.

2 Photos of the submarine flotilla "Saltzwedel" with his mother ship "Saar" in the Bremen harbor. 

Followed by 10 photos of a diving course in the marine school and 27 photos about training onboard the U-123. The photos show also the commander Korvettenkapitän Reinhard Hardegen and the typical tower emblem of the submarine U-123, a black wounded bagde.

One photo of U-178 commander Wilhelm Dommes with crew members at equator baptism.

One photo showing the U-66 with commander Friedrich Markworth entering the harbor after the 9th hostile voyage in 1943.
