Glazed porcelain plate from the SS's own porcelain manufactory Allach.
The symbol in the center shows an eagle holding a sword and a branch of oak leaves. Framed by the inscription "Wir werden uns solange herumschlagen, bis unsere verfluchten Feinde sich zum Frieden bequemen". Dated "Julfest 1943" below the eagle.
Underglaze Allach maker's mark and the inscription "Worte Friedrichs des Grossen aus einem Briefe an D´Argens im Jahre 1758" on the reverse.
No chipping. A fine "crack" (flaw) in the glaze on the front and two small "rough" spots on the rim (here the glaze may not have run cleanly over the rim).
