A heavily worn Heer M40 field tunic. The second pattern tunic which was issued to the Heer was designed with a Field-gray color and five buttons.
Breast eagle: Bevo style. Other ranks. Applied by hand Post-war. Collar tabs: Generic litzen. Applied by machine. Shoulder boards: White piping. Comes with original sleeve with "127" embroidered. Lining. Cotton Stamps: No markings visible. Buttons: Complete Sleeve: "Oberschütze" rank pip.
The tunic has strong signs of wear, signs of post-war repair and also some moth holes. Reattached right top pocket flap. The left shoulder board has been resewn with modern thread. The tunic also has a ribbon for the Eastern medal, attached to the 2nd button.
