M1915 field tunic. Modified after WWI. According to the consider the owner of this jacket was a WWI veteran who fought with the Volkssturm in 1945.
They tunic was modified by removed the covered button line or additing a breast pocket. The cloth of the pocket lining is clearly WW2 period time. The button line must have been changed earlier one, maybe in the 1920s. To the reverse, a horizontal bar was added. The cuffs have been removed.
