Heer M40 single decal helmet with original liner and cord. The helmet was overpainted with black color after the war. The modern paint was removed and original fieldgrey factory paint as well as a single decal decal were found!
The decal is about 55%. There is still about 80% of the original paint in place. Bits of black paint left to the shell and lining. SE64 marked shell.
Soft leather liner with original cord. Clearly worn. Size 57 stamped. Orignal rivets and prongs.
